It's been a while since I've seen you,
so how have you been?

Weekends again! The older you get the faster time flies, I swear. (Cliche!)

We're doing a concert with Tiffin Boy's in November! It'll be fun, Elgar (Dreams of Gerontius) is seriously difficult, and the teachers I have this year are brilliant. I'm growing to (re-)love singing more and more each day, and it's not so hard to sing properly in front of people anymore (: Here's to first steps! & I finally remembered why I liked CCA so much in Primary School. Hahaha.

Full marks for first test of the year! Hahahaha, Bio. Such a joke.

I am on my way to overcoming my fear of speaking to groups of strangers that consists of more than 5 people. Yay!

Project mentioned in previous entry also includes writing journals in Chinese. I still remember my cheng yus! xD Hahaha but I keep forgetting how to write them. Oops? :/

New friends are of the variety/species of English I haven't had much contact with before. Haven't figured out the way they think yet but I'd love to. They seem like good people and we have little hilarious adventures in school. AND, they're so freaking smart sitting next to them is really demoralising. Hahaha xD They're sweet la and I'm learning more and more every day, not just academic-wise. I think I'm gonna like this year.

Gym is fun.

I'm illllllllllll. So tired, couldn't do anything properly in the gym yesterday. Might be cycling over to Twickenham later to get the bicycles checked out. Ughhhh muscle. Ache. Tired.

Next 2 weeks promise to be killer weeks, have things every day after school next week and lots of homework and 2 essays already lined up for the week after plus stuff after school then as well.

Lots of cycling done, been exploring the area every day after school the past week and I've found 3 short cuts to school! (Not that I needed them). And beautiful spots by the river I need to bring my camera out more often. My fitness is horrible!

Chemistry trip to the Institute of Chemistry in London in November! It'll be so fun. Hahah who knows right, I might decide I have a hidden passion for Chemistry I never knew of before. Possible trip to France for Lit at the end of the year! Omggggggg how cool would that be. Pray that it won't cost too much. AND, theatre trip soon to watch something by Carol Ann Duffy. Wahhhhhh.

Kat and I might be doing the London-Brighton cycle together in the Summer! Or, might do it with Cathy (& Becky). Will be so amazing la. Plus, 10km run in London with Cathy in the Summer for some cause or other (Breast Cancer Research maybe?). Train train train. xD Haha it'll be so tiring/hard but imagine doing the London-Cromwell one. That would be a killer.

They weren't kidding when they said there'd be lots of opportunities & things to do this year.

Cold Mountain is freaking hard to analyse. Ughh.

It'll be kind of sad, I've had this space since sec1 (though most past entries have been moved to other places) but there're also more than 3 people I've found out who read this space which stops me from writing many things. xD Yeah, it's the world wide web, but there's something about it that makes me uncomfortable. Haha if those people still manage to find wherever I move to if I do, then good for them, as long as I don't know about it. xD
